Join us for a deeply restorative, healing practice. Yoga nidra, which means "yogic sleep," is a guided meditation and full-body relaxation that promotes connection with your inner self and allows you to rest and recharge. Yoga nidra is done lying down, and props such as bolsters, blankets, and pillows can be used to ensure comfort. No prior yoga experience is necessary.
This yoga nidra practice will be led by Samantha Knies Gray, RYT, of Firehorse Yoga in Jasper. Cost is $15. (Tell City Yoga Center students with existing class passes may use 2 of their class punches in lieu of the $15 payment.)
